Incrememntal Change

So I dropped another pound. I am behind schedule. Sort of.

As I said last week, I'm learning and gathering intel. The idea of stepping up workouts was good but hasn't been put into practice. Also, the eating is getting better, but there's still a lot of late night snacking that probably can be reduced and eliminated.

Not much else to say. Slow and steady wins the race. I will keep you posted.
